Form of Bequest
“I give and bequeath (free of all duties) to the Naomi Helen Cumming Foundation, c/- National Australia Trustees Limited, GPO Box 247B, Melbourne, 3000, in the State of Victoria, Australia the sum of $ __________________ or, ___________ percent of my residuary Estate or, the whole of my residuary Estate, to be applied for the general purposes of the said Foundation and I declare that the receipt of the proper Officer for the time being of the Foundation shall be full and sufficient release and discharge to my Trustee for the same.”
